Customer service

In accordance with article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days, upon receipt of your package (upon signature of Colissimo or delivery to your Relay point), to return your items to us. .

Beyond this period, returns will no longer be accepted, refunded or exchanged.

Concerning sale items, crossed out prices or promotions, the withdrawal period is 7 days from receipt of your package (upon signature of Colissimo or delivery to your Relay point).


We offer exchanges and refunds on returned product(s).
The returned product(s) must be in their original condition.

Discounted and sale products are taken back but the return costs will be your responsibility (by Colissimo signature)

How to make a return?

(As a reminder, the return conditions are sent to you automatically in your order confirmation email)

Follow the following steps:

1- Check that the item you wish to return to us is:

  • Unused

  • unused and unworn

  • in its original packaging (shoe box, shoe protection paper, shoes bag, laces, etc.)

2- Register your return request:

3- Validation of your return request:
You will receive a reply from our returns department within 72 hours.

4- If your return is validated by our team

Print the form, fill it in and add it to your return package.

5- Send your parcel by La Poste
Returns are free of charge in metropolitan France, except for products on sale, promotion or outlet.

6- Refund or exchange:
Once we have received your goods, we will refund within 10 days of receipt.

Any parcel sent to another address will be refused.

If your package is returned by Colissimo due to an address error on your part, you will be asked to pay a €10 reshipment fee in order to reship your order.
